29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. On or about May 6, 2015, and times prior thereto, at the Motor Control Center (MCC) room, employer did not ensure that on the MCC-1 panel the section M-26 did not had unused openings, exposing employees to electrical shock and/or electrocution.
