29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6):    a) Front of garage - Scaffolding was erected where scaffolding or any conductive materials handled on it was within and might come closer than 3 feet of insulated power lines having a voltage rating of less than 300 volts.  No abatement certification is required for this violation.   b) Rear of garage - Scaffolding was erected where scaffolding or any conductive materials handled on it was within and might come closer than 10 feet of insulated power lines having a voltage rating of less than 50 Kv.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
