(a) Front side, new residential construction located at 3376 Jamont Blvd., Johns Creek, GA 30022: Employee was exposed to trip and fall hazards while working from a tubular welded scaffold platform which was not fully planked and spaces greater than 1 inch were present which exposed the employee to fall hazards of approximately 17-feet, 4-inches to the lower level as guard rails were also not erected on the working platform.
