29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Production Area: The employer had not established or implemented a written Respiratory Protection program. The employees were required to wear a Gerson half-mast respirator with a NIOSH organic vapor cartridge while furniture painting and a 3M 8511 TC-84A-1299 N95 respirator while using sanders and saws that produce dust.
