29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Kitchen area - On or about 5/7/15, the employer did not provide information and training to employees who were exposed to hazardous materials such as, but not limited to Hetron 922 Resin (containing styrene), AcrylPro Ceramic Tile Adhesive (containing ethylene glycol and calcium carbonate), and Titebond All-Purpose Panel Adhesive (which gives off methanol during curing) these products cause severe respiratory, eye, and skin irritation.  Employees were exposed to these hazards from construction activity being performed at the Rainforest Café.  These materials were being used by contractors working on-site, and this information was not provided to exposed employees.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
