29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  On or about May 4, 2015, and times prior thereto, approved load ratings were not posted for overhead storage areas in the following locations.    a) Building #1 b) Building #2  Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling equipment and materials.

29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: Note:  Toeboards are only required when persons can pass, there is moving equipment or there is equipment with which falling materials could create a hazard.  On or about May 4, 2015, and times prior thereto, overhead storage areas in the following buildings were not guarded with standard railing and toeboards where employees access the areas to retrieve materials.  a)  Building #1 b)  Building #2  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), & (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes items (i) and (ii) of this subparagraph:  On or about May 4, 2015, and times prior thereto, the employer did not develop, implement and maintain a written hazard communication program at the workplace.  Employees were exposed to the hazards associated with chemical exposure.
