29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound toprail capacity): a) At 2435 Highway 67 South in Festus, MO - On or about 05/05/2015, employees were working from a "Hydro-Mobile" mast-tower scaffold system, approximately 12 feet or greater above a lower gravel and concrete surface containing cinder blocks and reinforcing steel, where one side of the scaffold system was missing guardrails, exposing employees to elevated fall hazards.
