29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. On 5/7/2015, employees from Brock Exteriors, LLC were installing siding on the second story of a residential building located on Lonepine Drive in Timber Trace Subdivision in Wentzville, MO. The owner and one employee were working on a pump jack scaffolding, which was not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent means at the bottom.
