29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purpose, the load approved by the building official was not appropriately marked and posted: a) Chemical Building, south section, the Load Rating was not being posted for the storage area above the Wash Basin. Various liquid and pellet forms of herbicides were stored on that level.

29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: a) Chemical Building, south section, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8.5 feet, while accessing the storage area above the Wash Basin room. This elevated storage area had a partial guardrail on the west side, no guardrails on the north and east sides.

29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: a) Chemical Building, south section, at the top of the stairs leading to the storage area above the Wash Basin, employees are exposed to fall hazards due to all steps having a uniform 9.5 inch rise, except for the last step, which had a 17 inch rise to the storage platform level above.
