29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On April 30, 2015 and at times prior thereto; second floor area/north side; employees framing a new extension on a residential home were observed walking the near outer edge of the platform without fall protection in place to prevent them from falling 26 feet to ground level. b) On April 30, 2015 and at times prior thereto; first floor/east side; employee was sitting on window opening which was not properly guarded exposing him to a 12 foot fall to ground level.
