Employee was exposed to fall hazards when placing and installing new roofing materials with no fall protection systems in place. Condition occurred on or about 05/11/15. JHI Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 935243, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Harvest Way, Denville, NJ.
