29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of 3 feet on all sides of the paint booth was not kept free from storage: a) Asbury Automotive St. Louis II, LLC DBA Plaza Motors Company @ 11820 Lackland Rd., Maryland Heights, MO 63043: On and before May 8, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the space between the booth and the exterior wall nearest the primary vehicle entry bay door was free from combustible material storage. This condition increased the fire load for the spray booth and therefore, created a fire hazard.

1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning was not reduced to less than 30psi: a) Asbury Automotive St. Louis II, LLC DBA Plaza Motors Company @ 11820 Lackland Rd., Maryland Heights, MO 63043: On and before May 8, 2015, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized deregulated compressed air when cleaning. The compressed air was set for general shop use and was approximately 90psi. This condition exposed employees to flying debris and embolisms.
