29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems: a) 4104 Baltimore Ave, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not provide a fall protection system for the employees working from heights greater than 10 feet on a fabricated framed scaffold. The employees were working approximately 45 feet above the ground without a guardrail system installed on the working levels of the scaffold. This hazard exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 45 feet. This condition was observed on or about May 11, 2015. b) 4104 Baltimore Ave, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not provide a fall protection system for the employees working from heights greater than 10 feet on an elevated working platform. The employees were working off of an aluminum plank without fall protection. This hazard exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 45 feet. This condition was observed on or about May 11, 2015.
