29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): The employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites. These requirements are in addition to any other requirements for equipment grounding conductors. 170 E Kathleen Ave, Coeur D'Alene, Idaho 83816, main construction bay electrical outlet between Rooms #1 and #2: On or about May 7, 2015, a 120V power strip was plugged into a non-GFCI electrical receptacle and no assured equipment grounding conductor program was implemented at the site. A Skill drill was plugged into the power strip which was being used by the taper to mix joint compound. Abatement certification IS required for this item.

A 120V power strip was plugged into a non-GFCI electrical receptacle. A Skill drill was plugged into the power strip which was being used by the taper to mix joint compound. Abatement certification IS required for this item.
