29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Jobsite: On or about April 29, 2015 and times prior thereto, employees performing masonry work did not have a means of fall protection. Note: Abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item. Carrillo Stucco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number900047, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2901 E. Heartleaf Lane, Boise, Idaho 83706.
