29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Site - Employees performing roofing work were not protected from falls of approximately 12 feet when fall protection equipment was not being used. Nube Jekanoski D/B/A- Leon Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950893, citation number 001, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/5/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 840 Second St. Manchester, NH 03101. Leon Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898992, citation number 001, item number 005 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/10/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Dover Point Rd.
