29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(A):  Building and facility owners failed to notify prospective employers whose employees reasonably could be expected to work in or adjacent to areas containing such material; of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and presumed asbestos containing materials (PACM):    1) On or about April 10, 2015, and at prior times, employees disturbed and removed asbestos containing material in drywall during window replacement work.  The building owner did not notify the employer of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material prior to the start of the job.
