29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: (a) Production area- Annual certification records of periodic inspections conducted to ensure that lockout/tagout procedures and the requirements of the standard were being followed were not maintained by the employer. The certification records must identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection. Machinery maintained by the employer included, but is not limited to, the Green Plate Roller, Marvel Bandsaw, Monarch Manual Lathe, and the Wysong Bending Press.
