29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. a. On or about May 12, 2015 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing plastering operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold, approximately nineteen (19) feet three (3) inches above the ground, was exposed to injuries from falls due to the lack of fall protection.
