29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) On or about 5/13/15 - Facility, the employee(s) assigned to abrasive blasting and painting duties were provided respirators such as a Bullard abrasive blast respirator and a 3M 7700 elastomeric respirator. The employer had not implemented a respirator program to medically evaluate, FIT test, and to establish a storage and cleaning schedule.
