Employees shall be allowed to work on those surfaces only when the surfaces have the requisite strength and structural integrity. (a) Location - 21 Turner Street, Newton, MA: On or about 5/12/2015, the employer did not assess or ensure a porch roof had the required strength to support an employee safely.
