29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) The employer has not developed, implemented, or trained Parts Cleaning employees on the procedures to address how to identify specific allergens in the equipment prior to cleaning. The blue "Notice Allergens Individuals with known allergies are required to wear N95 Respirators" tag accompanying the equipment does not identify the specific allergen. Parts cleaning employees with known allergies are not donning respiratory protection before working with equipment contaminated with a component the individual has an allergy to.
