29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) Die Cast; Trim Presses such as, but not limited to, 201, 203, 209, 210 and 214 were not adequately guarded as the guarding had been cut out in several places, with the back guard doors also unsecured on several of the machines.
