29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program:    a- 1 Sunset Drive, Tinton Falls NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite.  Employees on this site were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards when performing framing and other related activities without the use of any fall protection.  As such, these employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below.  Condition noted on or about 04/15/15.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    a- 1 Sunset Drive, Tinton Falls NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing and other related activities from the top plates and main roof beam of a new residential structure.  Condition observed on or about 04/15/15.     NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    a- 1 Sunset Drive, Tinton Falls NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing and other related activities from the top plates and main roof beam of a new residential structure.  These employees had not received fall protection training or fall hazard recognition training from the company at the time of the worksite inspection.  Condition noted on or about 04/15/15.     NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
