29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 26520 Snowberry Lane in Bonita Springs Florida, employees were installing roofing asphalt felt paper underlayment on a single family residence without fall protection. Employees were exposed up to an approximate 10 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used while working from a 5:12 pitch roof. D. Peck Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1006648, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on December 9, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2802 SW 44th Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) For employees working at 2990 Cargo Street in Fort Myers, Florida, who were working with hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, plastic roof cement, on or about May 14, 2015.
