Lot 42, Paige Place, Mountain View at Hunterdon, Flemington, NJ - Front elevation, 1st floor window Employees engaged in residential window installation activities from an elevated work platform were not protected from falls by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet. Violation observed on or about May 13, 2015
