29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       On or about April 16, 2015, employees of a sub-contractor were  exposed to a fall hazards while installing roof decking and trusses  on the top of building approximately 20 to 25 feet above the ground.  The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest  and had no other type of fall protection system provided.      FA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 458693, citation number 2, item number 1, issued on November 30, 2012 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace hazard at 100 Technology Drive, Durham, NH 03824.
