29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Jobsite located at 701 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Independence, KS 67301; employees of Cesar Omar Rodriguez were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 13 feet, 3 inches from the eave to the ground/concrete below. Employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential roofing work at the jobsite were using fall protection. Faith Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 425475, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/16/12, with respect to a workplace located at 1701 SW Gage Blvd., Topeka, KS 66604.
