29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: (a) On or about May 18, 2015, and times prior to that date, employees were exposed to tripping hazards where the rubber covers on the staircase risers were pulling away, causing the tread width along the staircase to not be ununiformed.
