29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The employer did not train employees regarding the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  (a)    There had been no training implemented that described the new safety data sheet (SDS) format and the new label elements (product identifier, signal word, pictogram, hazard statement(s), and precautionary requirements)   that are contained within the globally harmonized system (GHS) for employees handling chemicals such as, but not limited to, of classification and labeling of chemicals Hazardous chemicals used at this worksite included, but were not necessarily limited to, Camie 375 Cure Spray, Acetone, Safety-Kleen Solvent, Naphthol Spirits 6613, Propane, KNOX-OUT (contains Methylene Chloride), Plastisol Ink, Chroma Blockout 750, Remove IR26, Remove ER10, and 900 Nylon Catalyst.
