29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s): a) Facility, 600 Mayer Street, Bridgeville, PA: On or about May 13, 2015, an employee was injured while lifting a furnace canister with a remote controlled crane and standing next to the suspended load to turn the load upside down, and the one side slipped off the lifting lug, causing the 1,500-2,000 pound load to fall onto the employee.
