29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Along the rear south exit of the Mail Transport Equipment (MTE) warehouse, on or about May 13, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees conducting mail and package handling distribution were exposed to restricted egress from items such as but not limited to pallets with mail limiting, blocking the exit door.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Within the Mail Transport Equipment (MTE) warehouse, on or about May 13, 2015, and at times prior there to, in the event of an emergency, employee(s) were exposed to a delayed access to the fire extinguishers from pallets containing mailing and parcel products placed directly in front of the fire extinguisher.
