29 CFR 1904.40(a): Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. Located at Enerfab in Stratton, Ohio: At the workplace, the employer did not provide copies of the OSHA Injuriess and Illness Logs within four hours of being requested. A request was made to the safety manager on July 23, 2015 for copies of 2013-2015 OSHA 300 logs. The requested logs were furnished on July 27, 2015.
