The chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the following information :29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(ii): Appropriate hazard warnings; and a. On or about 05/18/15 at the workplace in the Yard Area, approximately 12 barrels were stored that that did not have labels indicating each barrel's appropriate hazard warnings or the labels were no longer legible. The barrels were used to store liquids including, but not limited to, diesel fuel and crude oil.
