(b) Assembly area: On May 19, 2015, and times prior there to, employee(s) who used cotton aprons and short sleeved shirts were exposed to chemical hazards from the mixing and use of PER235- Polychloroethylene Catalyst, a skin irritant, without personal protective equipment, such as but not limited to chemical resistant clothing.
