29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Jobsite located at 1200 N. 2nd St., Independence, KS 67301; employees engaged in residential roofing work on the 5 in 12 pitch roof of the house and detached garage were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet from the house and approximately 8 feet from the garage to the ground below. Fall protection at the jobsite was not used.
