29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure: a-Exterior Roof: Employees engaged in solar panel installation were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft as they were not secured with a personal fall arrest harness or other means of fall protection in place. Condition noted on or about 05/20/2015 Vivint Solar Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 758441, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 12/07/2012 with respect to a work place located at 93 Montgomery Street, Jersey City NJ 07302 which became a final order on 4/08/2013.
