29 CFR 1926.1404(f)(1): When pins (or similar devices) were being removed, employees must not be under the boom, jib, or other components, except where the requirements of paragraph (f)(2) of this section were met: On the Grove Hydraulic Crane, Model RT890, Serial Number 232508, pins holding the jib in place on the side of the boom were removed while employee was below it.
