29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of leather gloves. On or about May 21, 2015, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide work appropriate gloves for employees who were required to handle and/or cut tree limbs and branches for disposal. Employees were exposed to cuts, scrapes and abrasions.

29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal: On or about May 21, 2015, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide adequate amounts of water, particularly when working in remote locations and higher than normal temperatures. Employees were exposed to the hazard of, at least, mild dehydration.
