Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 18ft while walking on the top plate of the building's second floor. Conditions were observed on or about May 18, 2015. b) 700 North Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123: The Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9ft while assembling an exterior wall on the second floor. Conditions were observed on or about May 18, 2015.
