29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provided for an alternative fall protection measure    On or about May 20, 2015, at the job site employees were observed installing roofing materials on top of a single family home.  The employees were not wearing a personal fall arrest system and had no other type of fall protection systems provided..  Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.   Arnulfo Barsenas  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1013118, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2015 with a final abatement date of January 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace hazard at 3016 NW 187th Ct., Edmond, OK 73013.
