29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent): a) Roofing Platform - Employees were performing roofing and measurement activities on houses under construction from an 8 foot high platform next to the house were not protected by a guardrail or any other fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a serious hazard, observed on or about 5-21-15. b) Unfinished Roof of Manufactured House - Employees were performing roof installation activities on a house under construction 11 foot high above the ground level with no guardrail and life line in place for the employees to tie off, thereby exposing the employees to a serious hazard observed on or about 5-21-15.
