29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: Along the exterior north wall of the construction building, on or about May 22, 2015 two employees conducting the installation of metal awning frames were exposed to the hazard of falls while standing on the midrail of a JLG aerial lift basket which was elevated approximately 20 feet above the ground level.
