29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a) At the inspection site, Mighty VS7 BluSky Super Concentrated Windshield Wash containing ammonium hydroxide was diluted for use in a 55-gallon drum that had manufacturer Trans-Mate's label for Lemon Scented Drying Agent (petroleum distillates, quaternary ammonium compounds, isopropyl alcohol, 2-butoxyethanol), exposing employees to the hazards of chemical contact and/or inhalation. b) At the inspection site, in the chemical storage area, on or about May 22, 2015 and at times prior thereto and thereafter, a 1-quart spray bottle containing a liquid chemical presumed to be a cleaner was not labeled with the contents, exposing employees to the hazards of chemical contact and/or inhalation.
