The rotary in-ground automotive lift safety lock was missing in bay 3.     2. The rotary in-ground automotive lift which was missing a safety lock in bay 3, while supporting a vehicle, was not braced with suitable secondary jack stands rated for the intended load.      3. Four rotary in-ground automotive lifts, located in the shop area, were not properly labeled with safety warning labels.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
