Where wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided where practicable:    (a)Hammersmith Contracting, Inc. at 1401 Wewatta Street, Denver, CO 80202: On and before May 19th, 2015, the employer did not maintain the floor of the fire pump room and electrical room in a dry condition. Where the drain valves are used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided where practicable. This condition exposes employees to slip and fall hazard.    (b)Hammersmith Contracting, Inc. at 1401 Wewatta Street, Denver, CO 80202: On and before May 19th, 2015, the employer did not maintain the floor of the storage room  in a dry condition. Where the drain valves are used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided where practicable. This condition exposes employees to a slip and fall hazard.
