29 CFR 1926.416(b)(1): Barriers or other means of guarding were not provided to ensure that workspace for electric equipment would not be used as a passageway during periods when energized parts of electric equipment are exposed: (a) On April 16, 2015 and dates prior to for employees exposed to electric shock when entering the mechanical room to utilize a computer workstation and while traveling through to access other areas of the building while electricians were working at the facility located at 615 Minnie Avenue in Wilton, North Dakota.
