29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  (a) The Fire Extinguisher in the workshop facility located on a wall separating two work areas was missing a fire extinguisher sign. The extinguisher was not readily visible from all locations in the work area exposing employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards during emergencies.
