29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) The portable fire extinguisher in the entry to the facility's office area was not properly identified with a fire extinguisher sign. b) The portable fire extinguisher in the maintenance shop area was missing a fire extinguisher sign and blocked by equipment and materials. Both extinguishers were in locations with limited visibility exposing employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards during an emergency.
