29 CFR 1904.7(b)(4): When an injury or illness involved restricted work or job transfer but did not involve death or days away from work, the employer did not correctly record the injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log by placing a check mark in the space for job transfer or restriction and/or an entry of the number of restricted or transferred days in the restricted workdays column:      Located at the Terminal Investment Corporation, 400 Long Point Road, Building 472, Mount Pleasant, SC: On or about 5/14/15, the employer did not record the following workplace injuries correctly on the OSHA 300 Log for calendar year 2015:    (a) On or about 4/21/15, a mechanic sustained a lumbar sprain to his back while working under a trailer, resulting in 31 days of restricted work activity. The employer failed to record this information on the OSHA Log.
